Sessions (admin)

A session is one signed-in device. Open Sessions in the admin console to see every active session in the workspace.

Each row shows the person, browser and system, country, when it started, and when it was last used. Times are shown in your local time. Use the search box to find a person.

End a session

1. Find the row.
2. Click Sign out.
3. Confirm it's you if asked.

That device is signed out at once. To sign a person out of every device, open them in People and choose Sign out everywhere.

When to use it

• Someone lost a phone.
• You see a country or device you do not expect.
• Someone leaves the company (also deactivate them).

Session lengths are set under Security settings.
