Your profile and status

Change your profile

1. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
2. Click Profile & status.
3. Change any of these:
   • Full name: what others see.
   • Title: for example "Producer" or "Editor".
   • Time zone: used to show your local time to teammates.
   • Upload a photo: PNG, JPEG or WebP, with a crop step. Clear removes it.
4. Save your changes, or choose Discard to undo them.

Your email is shown on this screen and is managed by your workspace administrator. Other members see your name, title, picture, status and time zone. Your name, title, status and email are stored encrypted.

Set a status

1. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
2. Click Set a status.
3. Choose a status emoji and type in What are you up to?, such as "On set".
4. Save.

To remove it, clear the emoji and text.

Presence

A dot next to your name shows if you are online, away, or offline. It updates on its own.
